Terms of Service!

The Global Money Factory (GMF) is an international community site which will launch in the near future.

We will build the community site in 2 stages.

1. Pre-registration, at this stage we only accept registration for founder members.

2. The launch and configuration of the community site. At this stage we only accept registration for free members.

So members will be sorted in 2 groups:

*founder members

*free members

Founder membership

The requirement for getting a founder membership is paying the $15 one time membership fee.

There's no way to refund the already paid membership fee!

The founder membership is only available in the pre-registration stage in a limited number. The leadership of the site determines the founder member limit.

The founder membership grants right to refer other founder members and get commissions from their membership fee and to get 1 bonus for the directly referred (1. level) members.

Bonuses can be gained only in the pre-registration stage with paying the 15$ registration fee, with referring or with the contests related to referring.

The founder membership also grants right to get profit share after the pre-registration stage from the community site in the ratio of the bonuses.

40% of the comminity site's profit will be shared monthly this way between the members after reaching a marketable level.

Marketable level:

When the ratio of the founder members and all of the registered members reaches 5:100, we will start paying the shares monthly.

Also our goal is to have 1000-2000 founder members in every country, because after that we will be able launch the own website of each country on their own language.

Commissions after referred founder members in the pre-registration stage(1st stage!):

    * 1. level commission is $2/referred member + 1 bonus

    * 2. level commission is $1/referred member

    * 3. level commission is $0.5/referred member

    * 4. - 13. level commission is $0.25/referred member.


Payments are made in 24 hours to AlertPay from a minimum of $20.

The GMF founder membership starts after paying the membership fee and the payments of the commissions will also start at that moment.

A registered member has 2 weeks to pay the $15 membership fee.

If not paid the member will be removed from the system!

A registered member who hasn't paid yet can also refer the system to others and his commissions will be credited on his GMF account, but he/she can only withdraw the commissions after paying the membership fee.

2. stage

At this stage more founder members won't be able to register, only free members.

Our task will be to use the community site and invite free members.

The payment of the monthly profit share of the community site(2nd stage!):

We devide 40% of the community site's profit with the total number of bonuses, that's how we get the value of 1 bonus.

The we multiply this value with the number of bonuses a founder member has collected.

The requirement for getting profit shares is that the members has to login on 25 different days in the month to the community site and use it!

The member is liable to comply with the spam law when referring others!

The member is liable to comply with the tax law and every other law which applies to the member in his/her country.

Every member can be removed from GMF without any further notice who cheats, doesn't comply with the norms of simple human behavior and his/her actions are against the interest of the community site and it's members!

GMF is not responsible for any damage coused by server failure or any other reasons shown up at the member!

We have the right to change terms!
